Meet up “MOCHI-MOCHI PARTY!”
Join us at The DECK, a vibrant coworking space located at Sakaisuji Honmachi Station on the Osaka Metro.
Our meetup aims to bring together locals and international guests living in or visiting Osaka. Whether you’re studying, working, or doing business in Japan, this is a perfect opportunity to network and share experiences.
Enjoy drink and Japanese foods, snacks. These dishes are included in the registration fee.

MOCHI–MOCHI PARTY!
We’re hosting a fun event all about Japan’s favorite treat—mochi! 🍡✨
Did you know there are many different types of mochi? This time, we want you to discover not just the classic ones, but also delicious varieties like dango and warabi mochi!
Join us and explore the wonderful world of mochi! 🎉

Mochi: This is the classic mochi made from glutinous rice that’s pounded into a sticky, chewy texture. It’s used in all sorts of ways—wrapped around red bean paste, filled with ice cream, or even grilled with soy sauce!
Warabi Mochi: This is a soft, jelly-like mochi made from bracken starch instead of rice. It’s super light and usually covered in kinako (roasted soybean flour) and sometimes drizzled with syrup. It melts in your mouth!
Dango: These are chewy rice flour dumplings, often skewered on a stick. They can be sweet or savory—like mitarashi dango (coated in a sweet soy glaze) or anko dango (topped with red bean paste).

The DECK coworking space is normally 2,800 yen, but you can enjoy it all day for 2,000 yen including participation fee of party.
Participants will introduce themselves while enjoying a meal.
